Hanan El Bouhi

Hanan Elbouhi graduated from Mansoura University, Egypt in 1987, earning a Bachelor's degree in Education. In 2001, she obtained her Montessori certificate from Michigan. Hanan has extensive teaching experience, having taught English as a second language to middle school students for five years and high school students in Saudi Arabia for four years. From 2001 to 2005, she taught in a Montessori classroom at Unity Center Montessori, and then transitioned to a full-time Montessori teaching position at Huda School from 2005 to 2011. Since the fall of 2011, Hanan has been working as an Arabic Montessori teacher at BHA. Additionally, she has worked as an Arabic and Islamic Studies teacher for preschoolers at Saturday School for three years and as an Arabic teacher for lower elementary students at Sunday School for three years. Hanan is married and has four children, including a married eldest son and a youngest daughter who is currently a student at BHA.
